Let’s get this out of the way: I drive an Avalanche.

Sometimes you just gotta build what you have, and what I had was a 2002 Chevy Avalanche, base model, 2WD. It was my high school graduate present – my only vehicle – and I’ve had it since 2004. Though, not quite in its current form. That wasn’t a typo: it was a 2 wheel drive vehicle. And the last time I got stuck someone told me “You’ll make it here one day… just not in that truck”. Those were fightin’ words. I’ve been there in that truck now. I’ve been there and pulled out Jeeps and Toyotas and Razors and Gators along the way.
